More signage for which area is designated the waiting area would be good, as it was difficult to spot in amongst all the other seats. The first set of tests were straight forward, though one of the tests using a machine with a screen made it difficult to be heard for my answers. The advice I received was excellent, in my opinion.

Jenny and Liz were very helpful and friendly. They gave good advice without being pushy helped me make the right decisions with my specs.

Naj the optometrist was very caring and patient. Sarah who dispensed my glasses likewise and Jane was very friendly and helpful when I collected my glasses. Boots were very fair and didn't try the hard sell, in fact they helped suggest ways of saving money. 5*
